Why enablement is the bottleneck

Most HR AI programs over-invest in tooling and under-invest in capability. The result: shiny pilots that don’t scale because the HR professionals who’d benefit either don’t know the tools exist, don’t trust them, or don’t know how to use them well.

This curriculum is the counterweight. It is built on three assumptions:

  1. HR professionals don’t need to understand the math. They need to understand the failure modes, hallucination, bias, scope drift, well enough to spot them.
  2. Hands-on practice with real HR work beats theoretical training every time. Module 2 is the hardest to deliver and the most valuable. Don’t cut it.
  3. AI resistance is rational until people experience the lift. Module 3 surfaces concerns instead of suppressing them. The best discussions happen when the room has range.

If completion is high but adoption is low, the gap is usually trust or workflow integration, not skill. Don’t add more training, investigate the friction.
